Christopher Ulloth

TECHNOPLAYS PART A

Six ten-minute plays about science, technology, and human connection. In these plays, a robot and a human have a love affair, a precocious young man invents a home-made time machine, a young playwright reflects on his 15 minutes of YouTube fame, a married couple have a deep dinner conversation, a boy scout gets in trouble for texting (and more), and a woman brings her MacBook to a computer store in the year 2048.

Christopher G. Ulloth is a New York City based playwright and dramaturg, transplanted from Pennsylvania with short detours in New Jersey and Colorado along the way. He was a semi-finalist for the 2015 Eugene O'Neill National Playwrights Conference and a finalist for the 2014 Seven Devils Playwrights Conference. His plays have been presented at or received development with id Theater, Project Y Theatre, the 92nd Street Y, and Bloomsburg University. Mr. Ulloth is also a Co-Artistic Director of Elephant Room Productions, a Literary Associate for Project Y Theatre, as well as a graphic designer for various arts and publishing companies. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing with a minor in Theatre Arts from Bloomsburg University. He has had the pleasure of working with several mentors including Dano Madden and David A. Miller, both of whom he is incredibly indebted to due to their $125 per hour mentorship rate, so your purchase of this play goes to paying off that enormous debt.
