Description: A young woman arriving from Ecuador accidentally switches suitcases with a mysterious stranger. Her quest to recover the missing suitcase will lead her to encounter lovers, dreamers, fighters, a magical cell phone, books that come to life, and the best guitar player in the world.

You Are Now the Owner of This Suitcase was produced by Theatre 167 (Ari Laura Kreith, Artistic Director; Jenny Lyn Bader, Director of Artistic Development) at 777 Theatre in New York City, in February-March 2013. It was directed by Ari Laura Kreith; the set design was by James McSweeney; the lighting design was by Diana Duecker; the sound design was by Katie Hong; the costume design was by Michelle Leibrock, and projection design was by Max Ward. Puppets were by Michael Wilson Morgan. Dramaturgy and Dialect Coaching was by Angie Sohlberg. Fight choreography was by Ross DeGraw. The cast was as follows:
