Description: A solo performance set at the intersection of Don Quixote, The Wizard of Oz, Huckleberry Finn, and The Twilight Zone. Joe Harper, an everyman at the end of his rope, goes on an uncommon adventure to capture a yellow balloon. But this ain’t no ordinary yellow balloon and it sends Joe crashing into a cast of colorful characters in an alternate-reality heartland where no GPS can help him. Are you on the right road?

Anhedonia Road was first presented in The Brick’s Hell Festival in June 2004, with the following cast and credits:

It became a finalist in Reverie Productions' Next Generation Playwriting Contest in May 2005 and received a script-in-hand reading that July at New Jersey Repertory Company.

Anhedonia Road was revived for a festival of works inspired by Mark Twain at the Metropolitan Playhouse in January 2007, with the following cast and credits:
